Volunteer Opportunities:
- Teaching Assistants who have musical experience to assist Teachers in our classrooms. In this position you will help children learn to read music, assist with finding notes on designated instruments and perform as a group or individually. A majority of these opportunities will be after-school hours. Volunteers for these positions must pass a background check in order to work with children.
- Music Mentors who are talented musicians to mentor in our classrooms in a workshop setting. In this position you will share your musical background and provide encouragement and hands-on experience to children who have a desire to learn music. A majority of these opportunities will be after-school hours.
- Event Volunteers to assist at one or more of our annual fundraising events. Opportunities include providing music performances; sharing information about BeInstrumental; working with children’s activities; manning raffles and auctions as well as other general manpower needs.
